For parents – Why mini Boppers?

 

Peace of mind

As parents we appreciate that your time is valuable. All after school clubs are taught on the school premises simply adding an hour to your child’s school day. We will keep you informed and fully updated so you know times/dates of sessions and when you need to be there to collect your child.

Advertising/Setup

We advertise the lessons by visiting your school and providing free workshops to give pupils a taste of what our clubs are all about. Flyers and application forms will be provided for everyone. We then contact you with all the information you require including a swift confirmation of acceptance.

Payments

Each term payments can be made online via BACS transaction, or handed to the school office or given directly to the Mini Boppers™ Trainer at the start of a new term course. Our Terms and Conditions and Pricing information can be found on the “Clubs” page.

Attendance/Spaces/Waiting List/Contacting

We monitor attendance closely and as a result spaces for classes are limited. Spaces are on a first come first serve bases. If a class is full then a child can be placed on a waiting list if requested. Should you need to speak with us you can do so directly after a class or by phone or email. We guarantee a quick response.

CRB checks/Insurance/Data Protection

We CRB check all our trainers and have all the necessary insurance is in place. All information we store is held in accordance with the 1998 data protection act under which we are registered and we provide our trainers with KSCB Child Protection training. We have taken every precaution to ensure that you can feel at ease sending your children to our lessons.
